BGS Trust
Boston Grammar School Appeal Trust was set up in 1987 to further the education (including social and physical training) of children attending Boston Grammar School.
The Trust is funded by the generosity of parents, who are asked annually to donate £10, which in some cases we can also recover gift aid taxation to increase the funds available.
The most recent applications that have been agreed by the BGS Trust members include:
- Donation towards the running of the school's minibuses
- Basketball team uniform
- Football team uniform
- Library casual seating to encourage students to sit and read in their spare time
- Duke of Edinburgh equipment
- Outdoor electronic timer for the school running club
- Donation towards a proposed pilgrimage to Lourdes
- Lego Education SPIKE Prime kit for DT and Computing club
- Musical instrument transport bags
